Craniosacral therapy in Częstochowa
Craniosacral therapy
A gentle, non-invasive therapy rooted in osteopathy. It treats the person as a whole: releasing tension in one part of the body affects the entire system.
01What it is
The body has its own self-healing mechanisms
Craniosacral therapy is a universal form of therapeutic work with another person. During the session the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms are strengthened.
It works on the physical, mental and emotional level. I use a light, precise touch without sudden movements, so the therapy also suits people who don’t tolerate stronger manual work well.
I often combine it with manual therapy, breathwork or Health Mentoring. I can see and feel how emotions are stored in the body, and this therapy makes it possible to work with that tension.

02Applications
Why patients come to me
The therapy is used as a supportive treatment for, among others:
- chronic pain
- migraine headaches
- fibromyalgia
- post-operative pain
- anxiety and tension after stress
- fascial adhesions
- neuralgia
- temporomandibular joint disorder
- post-concussion syndrome

- recovery after a stroke

Craniosacral therapy supports medical treatment but does not replace it. If you are under a doctor’s care, continue the treatment you have been prescribed.
