01A few words from me
I love people and helping them
Out of an innate curiosity about life, countless courses and a passion for growth, I became a health mentor so I could help people even more effectively.
I believe that in life we meet three kinds of pain: physical, emotional and spiritual. Depending on what they need, these are the areas in which I help my patients and clients. Each of us is different, each of us has our own path and at any given moment needs something different, and we don’t always know what we need or where the problem lies.
For me, health is more than the absence of illness or pain. It is a balance between body, emotions and mind. That’s why I don’t just look at the painful knee, but at the whole person: their history, emotions, beliefs, lifestyle and relationships.
